I wanted something to cover the drops of my bars to keep as much sweat away as possible and be simple enough to remove when I want to take the bike out for a ride irl.

Found at any local car parts store you can find what is known as a “Seatbelt Buddies” they are described as follows: “These soft, suede seat belt buddies are designed to attach over your seatbelt to help reduce neck and shoulder discomfort especially common during long road trips. The uses don’t stop there though, seat belt buddies can be used on back packs, satchels or even laptop bags to provide a more comfortable carrying solution. The hook and loop seam allows for quick and easy installation and removal for cleaning.”

I tried these on my handlebar drops, they were are a bit long and needed a trim however I think I am on to something. What do you think?
